Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.
– Hebrews 10:24-25

There’s always an air of excitement before a sunday service, the anticpation of coming together from our different quarters to start the week together with one purpose. As you come in you’ll be greeted by our greeting team, and have a chance to visit the welcome point to discover more about the other things we do. Maybe you’ll catch up with an old friend or find a spot to sit next to someone new. Before long the band strikes up for a time of worship, all ages in together to sing praise and listen for what God has to say to us. You’ll be invited to share in communion before the children head off for the fun of Sunday school. There’s a moment of moving about, the person sitting infront turns to say ‘hi’. Hopefully at this stage of the service you’ll be struck by two things; this church is relaxed – you can be yourself – but also that this church is serious about discovering God, and about the value of church being a family. We hope too that you’ll quickly feel a welcome part of our family, whether you decide to stay with us or you’re just visiting. Once the children have gone out and the chatting dies down again, the preacher stands. At harbour we are blessed to hear preaching from a number of gifted speakers and you’ll hear a message grounded in scripture and applicable to living a life for Jesus today. We hope you come and try us out, we’d love to see you there.
creche and sunday school available during the service. Coffee and refreshments served afterwards.

WORSHIP SERVICES, monthly, 6pm

Usually occuring on the first sunday of the month (see news-sheet for details) our Sunday night worship services are an opportunity to dig deep and meet together to give time for the Holy Spirit to work in us. Stripped back and vulnerable, these services are about approaching God authentically; not dressing anything up- and allowing God to meet us.
